Description
In 2005, the Danglas family took the reins of Château de Paraza in an exceptional family adventure. Our winemaker Matthieu, accompanied by his brother and sister, created the MMV cuvée, aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. With its deep, elegant ruby color, this cuvée is the pinnacle of elegance. Its expressive, complex nose reveals rich notes of spice and licorice. On the palate, perfect balance blends with fine acidity and silky tannins, with luscious aromas of morello cherry, strawberry and violet. The finish is incredibly long-lasting.
